- :As of yet, I have not found any place that will pay return shipping on
- :defective merchandise. Return shipping is always the responsibility of

- MacWareHouse - MicroWarehouse, same company/different phone, pays
- return shipping. They will even send FedEx to your door to get the
- return:) I know because I bought a modem from them and it was bad.
- The origional had a return shipping ticket in the box!
-
- But I know this is not the norm. The point was, SafeHarbor is in
- the US. A US coustomer can return a product made, say in Germany,
- to SH much cheaper than to the manufacturer. Last time I checked,
- very few Amiga items are manufactured in the US. Before you say it,
- yes many have US distibuters but I have had better luck with dealers
- when it comes to defective products. AND with the dealer I pay return
- shipping but with the manufacturer or distributer I pay BOTH ways.
